Of course. You never know when plans are going to change and we’ve come to expect the unexpected — if you need to change your delivery date, contact our team with 24 hours notice so we don’t deliver your boxes on the wrong day. If it’s an emergency, we will do what we can to make your move as stress-free as possible.
Yes — we will need you to be there on the day we deliver the boxes and on the day we pick them up. This prevents any damage, vandalism or theft from occurring to the boxes.
You’d be hard-pressed to damage one of our Boomerang Boxes — they’re built tough — but if something happens, we will assess the damage and provide a quote for you to replace them. If you lose one of our Boomerang Boxes, you will be charged a replacement fee of $35 per box or $70 for a moving dolly.

Our Boomerang Boxes are designed to be used over and over again — that’s how we keep our prices so low. Because Boomerang Boxes are made from industrial strength plastic, the manufacturing costs are much lower than cardboard boxes. With this in mind, our Boomerang Boxes are only available on a rental basis.

Our large (75L) boxes are 320 (H) x 685 (D) x 435 (D) and can withstand up to 35 kilograms.
Our medium boxes (50L) are 320 (H) x 600 (D) x 405 (D) and can withstand up to 30 kilograms (external dimensions).
We have bubble wrap and butchers paper available to purchase separately.
The internal length of a 73L Boomerang Box is 64cm, and the standard length of a filing cabinet draw is 54cm. So when estimating how many moving boxes you will need for your office move, calculate one 73L for every standard filing cabinet draw.
